Asylum seekers families and  without status families are warmly welcome at Foyer du Monde. Whatever their origin and their faith, families are welcome. 

​

Please note that we only accept new admissions upon referral from government agencies or institutions involved in immigration or domestic violence.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY EMERGENCY REQUEST. WE HAVE MONTH OF WAITING ON OUR WAITING LIST AT THE MOMENT.

ADMISSIONS

​

 We house our residents for a period of 3 to 12 months. A financial contribution of 30% of the family income is required.  Each family participates in the community tasks of the house as well as in group meetings and activities.

​

Families have a single room with or without a bathroom. Other rooms are shared. This includes bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a laundry room, two children's playrooms, a computer room, a sewing room and an indoor garden.

 

The house is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
